Behind the Biscotti.
Biscotti have been part of my life for as long as I can remember — a thread woven through family, tradition, and the rhythm of everyday living. My grandmother, Domenica, taught me to bake as a child in our Beaver Falls kitchen, and that love never left me.
After years of teaching and working in educational software sales, I found my way back to the kitchen. Friends and family who adored my biscotti encouraged me to turn that love into something bigger, so in 2017, Barb's Biscotti was born. What started as a passion became a favorite to thousands, shipped nationwide, one soft-bite biscotti at a time.
In January 2025, physical limitations meant I had to close the bakery. Yet the encouragement that followed reminded me that the love behind these biscotti wasn’t gone — it just needed a new place to live. That place is this cookbook.
